Supplied as a pack of five complete bracket sets, it is suited to both new-build floors and retro-fit installations. The kit also shields subfloor services from accidental damage caused by fixings driven from above.

• Reinforces solid timber joists at notch points, recovering up to 75% of original joist performance (195x47mm joist with 45x45mm central notch, tested to BS EN 408)
• Engineered steel bracket with a bendable leg for easy positioning around in-situ pipework and cables without disturbing installed services
• Top plate covers the notch and provides an early warning barrier against screws or nails accidentally penetrating pipes or cables from above
• Suitable for retro-fit to existing floors or installation during new construction in the same short time frame
• Manufactured from pre-galvanised mild steel for corrosion resistance
