The Sika Everbuild Sikasil-825 (formerly Tecnic Silicone 825) is a professional-grade, low modulus, neutral cure alkoxy silicone sealant in Mid Grey, supplied in a 380ml cartridge. Formulated for building and construction joint applications, it bonds to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates without priming. Its extended tooling time makes it particularly well suited to longer joints and large-scale facade and glazing work.
