The ETA B1 Rated Gun Applied Fire Stop Expanding Foam is a one-part, self-expanding polyurethane construction foam rated to fire class B1 (EN 13501-1). Designed for professional use, it seals joints in walls and service openings to prevent the passage of smoke and fire. It is supplied in a 750ml gun-grade canister for use with a standard foam applicator gun.

Features

• B1 fire-rated polyurethane foam classified to BS EN 13501-1 (B s1 d0 - combustible, very limited smoke, no burning droplets).
• Holds European Technical Assessment ETA21/0413 for fire resistance performance.
• Tested to BSEN 1366-4 and BS476 Part 20 for fire resistance in linear joint applications - up to EI240 depending on joint configuration.
• One-part, ready-to-use formula requires no mixing; self-expands on contact with moisture.
• Gun-grade formulation for controlled, precise application through a standard foam applicator gun.
• Expands to fill and seal irregular gaps, voids, and service penetrations in walls and floors.
• Cured foam is semi-rigid and predominantly close-celled, providing thermal and acoustic insulation.
• Resistant to temperatures from -40degC to +100degC once cured; not suitable for prolonged UV exposure.
• Application temperature range: +5degC to +25degC.
• For enhanced fire-stop performance, use in conjunction with JFIRESIL fire-stop sealant.
