The Trend KWJ700/PRO is a professional-grade universal worktop routing jig designed for cutting precision mason mitre joints in laminated chipboard, solid timber and compact laminate worktops up to 700mm wide. Built for trade use, it replaces the previous KWJ/700 model and introduces Front Edge Alignment Technology and Male Cut-Line Positioning Devices to handle scribed, out-of-square and non-standard installations with ease. CNC-machined from 12mm compact grade HPL, it delivers repeatable accuracy and long service life.

• Universal jig for routing mason mitre joints in laminated, timber and compact laminate worktop surfaces
• Front Edge Alignment Technology accurately positions the jig directly to the start of the mitre joint to accommodate any worktop width
• Male Cut-Line Positioning Devices allow direct positioning to the male cut line, removing the need for complex length, angle or offset calculations
• Narrow Inset T-Gauges create 3mm and 10mm insets quickly and easily for square-edged and modern bullnose worktops
• Indexed backsets for 600, 610, 616, 620, 635 and 700mm worktops for standard 90 degree installations
• 400mm radius for breakfast bar and peninsula trimming; R100mm, R40mm and 45 degree corners for edge finishing
• 35mm hinge and half-inch BSP recess for surface-mount monobloc tap and concealed hinge installation
• In-built 8mm Radius Gauge ensures worktop suitability for a 10mm narrow inset
• In-built 8.65mm Marking Gauge for precise jig positioning on peninsula, radius and 45 degree corner finishing
