Summary

The Trend KWJ700 is a professional-grade, multi-function router jig designed for accurately fitting kitchen worktops in ten different widths from 250mm to 700mm. Built from hard-wearing CNC machined compact grade high pressure laminate, it allows a tradesperson to cut both parts of a mason's mitre joint in as little as 15 minutes including set-up. Suitable for laminate, solid timber and composite worktops, it is aimed squarely at the trade market.

• CNC machined compact grade high pressure laminate construction, 12mm thick - hard-wearing and built for repeated site use
• Cuts both the male and female parts of the joint in a single set-up, completing the full joint in approximately 15 minutes
• Supports left-hand and right-hand corners, 400mm radius peninsular joint, 45deg end cut with slight radius, and 45deg trade corner solution for hob units
• Corner radii options: 100mm and 40mm; also includes 35mm kitchen door hole and 3/4" BSP hole for mixer taps
• Fixed length positions for 250mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 550mm, 600mm, 616mm, 635mm, 650mm and 700mm wide worktops
• Cuts worktops up to 40mm thick, with or without an anti-drip post-formed edge
• Three open-ended bolt recesses (dog-bone style) for 150mm bolts; engraved lines for short 65mm bolts and worktop cross-cut
• Six 10mm diameter ABS plastic pins with tapered shoulders for tight fit and 3-point pin contact for consistent, repeatable set-up
• Requires a 1/2" collet capacity plunge router, 12.7mm diameter cutter, and 30mm guide bush (sold separately)
