Summary

The Tracer APS12 is a 12" adjustable aluminium pro square designed for carpenters, roofers, and timber framers who need fast, accurate layout of roof cuts. It is the fastest and simplest tool for marking out common, jack, hip and valley cuts. Its lockable arm allows for repeatable angle settings and direct measurement via a built-in 260mm ruler along the plumb edge.

Features

• Com and Jack scale: set the adjustable arm to the roof pitch, lock off, and the angle is correct for both seat and plumb cuts.

• Birds mouth / 1/3 rafter marking guide: pre-marked with the most common timber widths so no calculations are required - exclusive to the 12" ProSquare.
• Parallel marks at 5mm increments along the side for marking precise parallel lines along the length of timber.
• Long edge doubles as a common set square with a 0-260mm ruler when the arm is set to zero.
