Summary

The Visqueen EcoMembrane DPM is a recycled polyethylene damp proof membrane designed for use in ground floor constructions. Positioned above or below the structural floor, it protects buildings against moisture ingress from the ground. Suitable for new-build and refurbishment projects where a reliable, fast-track moisture barrier is required.

Features

• Manufactured from a minimum 90% recycled polyethylene for a sustainable, eco-conscious specification
• Suitable for use above or below the structural floor in solid concrete ground floor constructions
• Complies with BS EN 13967: 2012 as a type of damp proof membrane
• Supplied multi-folded for ease of handling and installation
• Should be loose-laid on a smooth, continuous substrate and overlapped by a minimum of 150mm at joints
• Joints bonded with Visqueen Pro Double Sided Jointing Tape; preformed Top Hat Units available for service entry points
• Not accredited for radon applications - use Visqueen Ultimate RadonBlok 600 or Radon R400 Membrane where radon protection is required
• Not intended for use where there is a risk of hydrostatic pressure
